colonial.jpgColonial Health Care located in Lincoln, Maine, has served the communities of Penobscot County for over 40 years.  We offer a clinically directed, progressive rehabilitation program providing skilled nursing, speech-language, occupational and physical therapy all designed to restore a patients function and independence in as little time as possible.

We offer a holistic approach in managing the medical, emotional and physical needs of every patient and resident.  Our Wound Care Program and licensed nursing staff are I.V. certified.  Our Quality Improvement Program ensures quality care, gracious and compassionate service to all our patients and residents.

Coloinal2.jpgColonial Health Care offers the following services; an 80- bed facility, skilled nursing care, long-term care, Alzheimer/Dementia care, respite care, inpatient as well as outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy, activities and professional care all in a peaceful home-like setting.

From interstate 95 Northbound, take Exit 227.  Turn right and continue to the blinking red light at Rte 2.  Go straight through the intersection to the end of the road. Penobscot Valley Hospital will be in front of you.  Turn left onto the Enfield Road.  Travel to the sixth street on the right (Hale Street).  Turn right onto Hale Street and take the first left (Edwards Street), then the second right (Workman Terrace).  You’ll find Colonial Health Care at the end of the street.
