We offer predischarge home visits by therapists as needed.

An IV certified nursing staff manages peripheral and central lines to assist each patient to recover in a comforting environment. Wound Management is designed to aggressively treat surgical and pressure wounds using a multidisciplinary team and state of the art medical technology. Our accessible transportation service ensures all residents a ride to and from the hospital for oncology, dialysis, and other routine medical visits.
